DN6XD is a callsign for educational purpose only. it is a so called "Nannycall". it is used solely under my (DL9DX) supervision by not yet licensed aspirants who are preparing for their license and want to get some practice on the bands.
german regulations allow this, and i love it because it provides a great chance to get new people into the hobby.
DN6XD is operating under full HAREC conditions (CEPT T/R 61-01), which is equivalent to the highest licence class A in germany. in lamer terms: DN6XD is allowed to work on every band within the legaly boundaries here in germany.
please be patient with the operator if you work DN6XD ;-)
